After reviewing your CV, shortlisted candidates will be contacted by phone to receive further information about RedLynk and to discuss the candidate's career ambitions.
Interview with a consultant / Case study
An interview with an experienced consultant will be conducted to discuss the candidate's experience and expectations. This will include a case study to assess the candidate's professional skills.
Interview with a director and/or partner
Interview with a manager, director, and/or partner to understand the candidate's motivations, assess their ability to synthesize information, and explore the candidate's entrepreneurial mindset
